Arbortech High Performance Blades for AS170 Brick and Mortar Saw
Arbortech introduces new high performance blades for harder, faster and longer cuts. The blades are available as aftermarket accessories in both the general purpose and plunge styles for its AS170 brick and mortar saw.
The new improved carbide formula and tooth design and the higher temperature brazing allows for the blades to aggressively cut hard mortar while allowing the blades to stay sharper for a longer period of time. The new high performance blades are 50 percent faster than standard blades, allowing for increased cutting speeds.
“The new high performance blades enable better cutting performance and durability to an already innovative and high-performing AS170 brick and mortar saw,” said Henry Schweitzer, national sales manager, Arbortech USA.
The new high performance blades are available in general purpose blades (4 1/2-inches deep and 1/4-inch wide) and plunge blades (4 3/4-inches deep and 1/4-inch wide). High performance general purpose blade applications include general masonry cutting of bricks and mortar, tree root cutting and wood cutting through dirt and sand. Plunge blade applications include general cutting of bricks and mortar, and are ideal for single brick removal and toothing of brickwork.

LENOX T2 demolition & wood recip blades
Patent-pending T2 Technology blades deliver 100% longer blade life and 25% faster cutting compared to previous generation LENOX Demolition & Wood reciprocating saw blades.
LENOX T2 Demolition Blades are the widest blades in the demolition category and provide maximum durability and control when cutting through the toughest construction materials. T2 Technology blades also have optimized tooth geometry for each Tooth Per Inch (TPI) blade specification.
Each TPI has a unique tooth shape and set pattern to minimize friction and cut more efficiently. Less friction prevents excessive heat build-up which in-turn eliminates the conditions that lead to rapid tooth wear and premature blade failure. Amana Non-Melt Saw Blades for Acrylics and Plastics
Amana Tool is now shipping its non-melt circular saw blades for cutting plastic materials. The special-application carbide-tipped saw blades are designed to produce crisp, clean cuts in acrylics such as Plexiglas and Lucite, polycarbonates such as Lexan and other plastics.
Each blade features a unique triple-chip grind (MTCG) and 2° negative hook angle to produce less heat than standard saw blades, eliminating "chip-welding," or melting of materials.
Amana's non-melt saw blade bodies are laser-cut from virgin steel and roll-tensioned to ensure straight cutting performance. Carbide tips are manufactured, brazed and ground to Amana Tool's specifications, enabling smooth, accurate cuts and longer-lasting cutting performance between sharpenings.
The blades feature copper plugs to reduce noise, minimize vibrations, prevent heat buildup and help eliminate blade warping. Each blade is dynamically balanced to ensure clean, true cuts with virtually no runout.

Metal Devil NXT circular saw blades from M.K. Morse
The M. K. Morse Company introduces Metal Devil NXT metal cutting circular saw blades. New Metal Devil New Xtreme Technology blades take the highly popular Metal Devil blades to the next step in metal cutting.
The new offering will include "10" new steel cutting blades from 5-3/8" (137mm) to 14" (356mm).

Trend Routing thin kerf professional circular saw blades
Trend Routing Technology introduces 29 new thin kerf professional circular saw blades for the framing, finish and specialty contractor markets. The Trend line ranges from 5-3/8" to 12" in diameter and covers cutting wood and wood products, non-ferrous materials, plastics, pressure treated lumber and nail embedded material.
Trend Professional saw blades are manufactured to exact tolerances. The blades feature industrial micrograin carbide teeth, reamed bore, ultra strong brazing material with hardened and tempered plates. The plates are roller tensioned to prevent distortion when the blade is under stress whilst rotating and cutting.

The long-awaited Arcus steel cutting blade is ready. This new generation steel cutting 7.25-inch circular saw blade cuts curves and circles in steel using a metal cutting circular saw. The same contoured shape of the Arcus Wood and Masonry blades for cutting circles and curves in wood and has progressed to the metalworking industry.
Use the New Aluminum Compass Guides and Pivot Point for steel with the Arcus Steel Cutting Blade for precision cuts and longer blade life. Plunge cutting can be done in steel with the New Aluminum Compass Guide that comes in four sizes, from a radius of 10- to 20-inch diameter circles. The Arcus Cutting System allows blades to be used freehanded or by adding the compass guide with different pivot points to cut basic or precision curves and circles depending on the needs of the users.
