Dynabrade Mini-Dynafile II Abrasive Belt Machine
Dynabrade's Mini-Dynafile II is a lightweight air-powered abrasive belt machine for grinding, blending and deburring in normally inaccessible areas.
Running at 25,000 RPM, the Mini-Dynafile II utilizes 1/8" to 1/2" wide x 12" long abrasive belts. The tool accepts coated and abrasive impregnated non-woven nylon belts. The multi-positioning grinding head pivots 180°, ideal for grinding into hard-to-reach areas. The lightweight, composite housing reduces vibration and is thermal insulated to prevent cold air transmission to the operator's hands. The air motor is also adjustable to the most comfortable throttle lever position. Eight different contact arms are also available for a wide variety of distinct applications.
The tool is excellent for finishing and deburring within narrow openings. It is also ideal for blending stainless steel and grinding right angle welds. The lightweight, compact design of the tool is also suitable for ladies, or people with smaller hands who insist on a more comfortable air tool while grinding.

Coilhose GilaFlex Inner-braided PVC Air Hose

Industrial Air Contractor's H4X Remote Air Hub
MAT Industries, LLC, the global manufacturer of Industrial Air Contractor brand air compressors announces the launch of the H4X Remote Air Hub, an innovative patent pending system that allows for remote regulation of compressed air, for up to 4 air tools at a time, and provides four times faster nail gun recovery time. H4X Remote Air Hub test results show a 1 second recovery compared to 4 seconds for conventional systems with air regulated at the compressor.

Legacy Flexzilla Air Hose

DEWALT Quadraport Regulated Line Splitter
DEWALT announces the Quadraport Regulated Line Splitter (D55040). The Quadraport is ideal for professional framers, roofers, trim carpenters, automotive trades and other contractors who regularly use an air compressor on the jobsite.
“After spending a significant amount of time on jobsites talking to professionals about their needs in a line splitter, we realized that there was a tremendous opportunity to develop a solution that would better meet contractors’ demands,” said James Vintzel, Group Product Manager for DEWALT. “The Quadraport will exceed contractors’ expectations when it comes to durability, performance and ease of use.”
The new model features field-tested innovations that are designed to solve the common issues associated with the line splitters that contractors are currently using, including pressure drops, inaccurate readings and durability problems. The D55040 features an impact-resistant resin body, liquid-filled gauge and robust handle to ensure that the product can withstand jobsite abuse. Additionally, the handles and sidebars have been strategically positioned to protect the couplers and the plug for added resilience to high impact drops.
To ensure that the Quadraport meets contractors’ needs and high performance standards, the product encourages splitting near the jobsite by using a 3/8” inlet fitting, and the gauge allows users to retrieve a PSI reading close to the tool. For added flexibility, the regulator permits two different pressures at the jobsite, and the Quadraport is factory assembled and tested to guarantee that there are no leaks or pressure drops.
The universal couplers accept the 3 major plug styles, and hang holes allow contractors to easily hang the product for maximum ease of use. CS Unitec PowerGrit Air Chain Saw
CS Unitec's PowerGrit Air Chain Saw is ideal for utility, municipal, construction and industrial pipe cutting applications. Cutting ductile iron pipe, cast iron pipe, PVC pipe, HDPE pipe and cured-in-place piping is now safer, faster and easier. It has a cutting capacity of up to 20" dia.
This saw offers significant advantages over conventional gasoline cut-off saws using abrasive blades. It increases operator safety, reduces physical effort and boosts productivity. The PowerGrit Air Chain Saw allows the user to cut from one position. Abrasive cut-off saws require the operator to maneuver the saw 360 degrees around the pipe. Cutting from one side reduces excavation for underground pipes. Special patented diamond segments grind rather than tear the material which reduces vibration and eliminates kickback. The result is a precise, clean cut in less time.
Additionally, pneumatic power eliminates the exhaust fumes associated with conventional saws, especially in confined spaces. This CS Unitec saw requires minimal excavation when cutting underground utility pipes, saving time and budget expenses. Maintenance for the pneumatic saw is minimal, as there are no belts, pistons, gas fuel lines or carburetors to service.
Available with 15" or 20" bar lengths, the PowerGrit diamond chain saw can be used hand-held to cut pipe up to 20". It cuts wet with water lubricating bars. Typically 3 or 4 gallons of water are sufficient for one cut of an 8" diameter ductile iron pipe. Options include a pipe clamp with up to 12" capacity.
