Light will be promoted to the role of President as Steven Pacilio moves into the role of Chairman of the Board.

Light, President. 

Melissa will build on her 12 years of experience with Lift-All and over 25 years in manufacturing as she oversees the entire leadership team and excels Lift-All into this next chapter. Previously, as the Chief Financial Officer for Lift-All, Melissa led several departments and aided in achieving over $15MM in growth. 

“I have worked closely with Melissa over the years and found her to be a very driven and passionate leader. I have no question that she will be able to take Lift-All to the next level creating additional value and growth for our company, distributors, and end users all over the globe,” said Steve Pacilio, Chairman of the Board. 

Lift-All has become the largest sling manufacturer in the United States since opening in 1964. The company has grown from its humble beginnings in Manheim, PA, to present-day, manufacturing in five U.S. plants with sales across the globe.
