Johnson Level's new parent company buys Swedish safety and PPE manufacturer.
Hultafors Group of Goteborg, Sweden (Parent Company to Johnson Level) announces the acquisition of Hellberg Safety AB (Hellberg) based in Stenkullen, Sweden.
Hellberg Safety is a specialized supplier of safety products that include hearing protection, face protection and communication solutions all of which are targeted to Personal Protection Equipment (PPE) distributors. www.hellbergsafety.com
The acquisition is part of Hultafors Group's strategy to broaden its offering within the PPE products portfolio.
