NEFCO acquires Contractors & Industrial Supply, Inc.
Deal adds three North Carolina and Virginia branches to NEFCO family.

The NEFCO Corporation, a leading distributor of construction and industrial supplies, announces its acquisition of Contractors & Industrial Supply (CIS), Inc., a dynamic specialty construction distributor servicing the Southern Virginia and North Carolina markets.
