Simpson Strong-Tie wins two construction marketing STAR awards

Wins awards for mobile apps and new product launch marketing programs.


Simpson Strong-Tie was recently recognized by the Construction Marketing Association (CMA) annual STAR Awards for excellence in marketing. The CMA 2014 STAR awards recognize excellence in 16 marketing categories and 78 sub-categories, including advertising, branding, website design, and social media, along with the CONSTRUCTON MARKETER OF THE YEAR.

Simpson Strong-Tie received the 2014 SUPERSTAR Award in the Mobile category for its Literature Library mobile app and the STAR Award in the New Product Launch category for its Genuine Simpson Strong-Tie Connectors Campaign.
The Literature Library mobile app makes it easy to take Simpson Strong-Tie product information on the go. With their iPhone, iPad or Android device, users can access and download all catalogs, fliers and technical bulletins to their mobile device, bookmark the pages they use most, create a customized library on their device and view their downloaded documents without Wi-Fi.

The Genuine Simpson Strong-Tie Connectors Campaign aimed to share the company’s appreciation for its customers, and to reinforce the company values, including its commitment to providing high-quality, innovative products and exceptional service.
