MAR-MAC unveils new logo and website
Site now includes industrial wire products and Product Data Sheets.
MAR-MAC INC. unveiled a new logo and launched a new website today as well as announcing a revised corporate name. Formerly Mar-Mac Wire, Inc., the company will now be known as MAR-MAC INC.
The changes come as part of an intensified marketing effort to better communicate MAR-MAC’s purpose and mission as they stand today.
MAR-MAC CEO John W. Martin, III said, “We live in a constantly changing world. An organization has to evolve just to stay relevant, but just staying relevant is not a goal at MAR-MAC. Our goal is to thrive. We’ve got great people doing great things. MAR-MAC has a great story to tell. These updates will help us tell that story more effectively.”
The new website www.marmacinc.com reflects the diversity of MAR-MAC’s products and offers more transparency into MAR-MAC’s three business segments – MAR-MAC Building Products, MAR- MAC Industrial Wire, and MAR-MAC RodBuster.
Product information will be more accessible and, for the first time, Product Data Sheets will be provided online for a growing number of products.
Andy Johnson, MAR-MAC President, highlighted some of the changes to the website. “We have never chosen to actively market the Industrial Wire business segment before,” Johnson said. “We supply wire into a diverse range of markets from baling applications to manufacturers of retail goods and industrial equipment. We’ve proven many times over that we can deliver reliable and innovative supply solutions to these customers. This website will help us promote that message.”
The logo retains the well-known “MAR-MAC Diamond” silhouette. The MAR-MAC Diamond has been recognized in the commercial construction industry for over 60 years.
“The new logo represents a move toward a crisper look that lends some readability to the corporate name,” said Martin. “It should serve us well as we get started on the next 60 years.”
