SPI Adds New South Carolina Shipping Facility
New facility enhances SPI's eastern U.S. shipping efficiencies.
In a strategic move to service a larger portion of the contiguous United States with same-day shipping and delivery in one-to-two days, Screw Products Inc. has added a new shipping facility to its operations that adds both speed and efficiency.
The new warehouse in Simpsonville, S.C., joins Screw Products, Inc.’s existing flagship facility in Gig Harbor, Wash., and began shipping the company’s full line of fasteners in June, 2014.

“Essentially, we can now service the majority of the nation’s population in one-to-two days, be it pallets of product or a UPS or FedEx order,” he said. “The facility is larger than our previous east-coast warehouse, but more importantly, it creates a more efficient footprint for us.”
