Viega LLC Announces 2013 Top Gun Award Winners
Viega “Ambassador of the Year” also honored.
Viega LLC announced its 2013 Top Gun award winners at the company’s 2014 annual national sales meeting in Wichita, Kan.
In addition, one Viega employee, David Carey, network and systems supervisor, was selected as the employee that most embodies the company’s core values, and was named “Ambassador of the Year.”
The following top eight Viega sales people were honored with 2013 Top Gun awards, the highest honor that Viega awards:
- Dan Tadema, Pacific Northwest region
- Darin Barnes, Central region
- Dale Heath, Canada
- Dan Goellner, industrial accounts group
- Liz Williams, inside sales group
- Tom Outlaw, industrial accounts group
- Michael Sullivan, radiant sales group
- Rick Burris, Southwest region
Viega Top Gun winners lead the way in the industry, establishing new relationships and strengthening existing relationships in a way that keeps Viega connected to its customers.
“We are very proud of the hard work and dedication our Top Gun winners exhibited this past year,” said Dalyn Cantrell, vice president of sales and marketing, Viega. “It is with their enthusiasm and commitment that Viega continues to experience a leadership position in the industry.”
“We are also very proud of David Carey for achieving the special distinction of Ambassador of the Year,” Cantrell added.
Each winner received a trip to Costa Rica, along with a hand-blown glass trophy as a memento.
More than 200 sales professionals, manufacturer’s representatives, guests and VIPs gathered in Wichita for the annual national sales meeting. In addition to the award presentation, attendees participated in product training, heard perspectives on the industry and best practices, and received company and industry news including updates on lead-free legislation and planned water quality initiatives.
