SPI Names Carbary Warehouse Manager
Screw Products, Inc. adds Kaizen/Continuous Improvement Director to Tacoma staff.
Screw Products, Inc. has added a new member to its management team: Steve Carbary of Tacoma, Wash. has joined the company as Warehouse Manager.
A certified Kaizen / Continuous Improvement Director, Carbary is responsible for all aspects of Screw Products, Inc.’s warehouse operations, including staff management, inventory control, loss prevention, quality assurance and safety awareness.
Carbary brings more than 20 years of experience in all aspects of warehouse management and operations to the job, having held various management and consulting positions at outfits including Noll/Norwesco, a metal products manufacturer based in Fife, Wash., Triple T Trading, an outdoor footwear manufacturer based in Tulalip, Wash., and Lakeside Construction, which specializes in the construction and restoration of residential docks across western Washington.
He holds a bachelor’s degree in business management from Kennedy Western University in Cheyenne, Wyo., and has completed several professional development certification courses including Health and Safety Management, Inclusive Business Cultures, and CT-PAT (Customs Trade Partnership Against Terrorism) processes in compliance with the U.S. Government.
