Sphere 1 Announces Distributors and Vendors of the Year
Pioneer Fasteners & Tools named Distributor of the Year.
Sphere 1, a cooperative of independent tool and fastener distributors, held its annual member meeting at the Red Rock Resort in Las Vegas on May 7-10.
During the meeting, Sphere 1 announced the winner of its Distributor Member of the Year award, naming:
- Pioneer Fasteners & Tools – Euless Texas
Also during the meeting, Sphere 1 announced its Vendor Partners of The Year for 2011.
- Simpson Strong-Tie (Core Products)
- Irwin Industrial Tool / Lenox (Accessory Products)
“Sphere 1 Vendor Partners of the Year have the best overall score on the Sphere 1 Annual “Support Card” which ranks all 84 vendors on six criteria important to the success and growth of the Cooperative”, said Mike Bentley Vice President of Sphere 1.
Sphere 1 also welcomed a new member to its Board of Directors, naming Ron Tacey from A. H. Harris and Sons.
Nevan Little from Little Hardware stepped down after serving seven years on the Sphere 1 Board.
