ISK Industries acquires Fleming Safety Group
Acquisition adds safety and fire lines to ISK rep presence in 13 states.
ISK Industries, a Rolling Meadows, Ill., manufacturer rep firm, has acquired Fleming Safety Group (FSG), based in Lombard, Ill.
"The combination of FSG's deep knowledge and penetration of the safety and fire channel with ISK’s resources and experience will provide first-class service to distribution," said Jim Cashmore, ISK president. "FSG and ISK have serviced the Midwest for over 100 years and this new team is now stronger to provide unparallel service for distributors and end users."
FSG's seven employees and former principal/owners Jim Tumpane and Mike Steller will join the ISK team.

FSG has been owned and operated by Tumpane and Steller since 1997. FSG and ISK share mutual lines.
For over 80 years, ISK has represented suppliers to industrial and retail channels in 13 Midwest states - Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Kentucky, Michigan, Minnesota, Missouri, Nebraska, North Dakota, Ohio, South Dakota and Wisconsin. The FSG acquisition will deepen relationships in the safety and fire channel in this footprint.
