Wind-lock To Open New Warehouse/Distribution Center in the West
New Reno, NV warehouse will begin shipping in Q1.
In the first quarter of 2012, Wind-lock will begin stocking and shipping from its new distribution center in Reno, NV. This will be Wind-lock's first facility in the West.
The warehouse will be stocked with a full complement of products, including: the complete drywall tool offering and key items in the EIFS, Weatherization and Stealth product lines to service the Western half of the United States.
"We've been servicing the West through satellite warehouses," explains Andrea Loud, Director of Operations for Wind-lock. "That strategy worked with our previous product lines, but as we have grown our business with the addition of drywall tools, we needed a better way to get our Western customers what they need, when they need it."
Wind-lock plans to have the warehouse operational by the end of March 2012. They will have an immediate goal of offering extended customer service hours beyond the Eastern business hours in Pennsylvania.
Located at 3895 Corsair Street, Reno, Nevada, the warehouse is close to the airport and has convenient access from Interstate 80.
