U.S. and German abrasives manufacturers form new joint partnership to serve U.S. customers.

Two family-owned and privately held enterprises, Ali Industries, Inc. and DRONCO AG, have formed a joint venture partnership to establish a state of the art manufacturing company located in the US for producing and selling cutting, grinding wheels and flapped discs.
Ali Industries, Inc., founded in 1961 with annual sales of $40 million, is an Ohio corporation located in Fairborn, Ohio which manufactures and distributes abrasive products and related tools and supplies under its own brand names as well as a contract manufacturer of store brand products for distribution throughout North America.
Dronco AG, founded in 1962 with annual sales of $50 million, is one of the leading German manufacturers in the field of resin bonded cutting, grinding and polishing wheels and diamond tools. In this market segment in Europe it sells to manufacturers of electric power tools (OEM), which are marketed through both home improvement chains (DIY) and direct sales organizations.
Both companies have 50 years of experience. Their business philosophy is focused on high quality products and innovation for the industrial, construction and DIY markets.
