Graybar appoints new senior VP
Graybar has appointed Bob Lyons to the position of senior vice president, U.S. business, effective April 1, 2011.
Lyons will replace Dick Offenbacher who will be retiring after nearly 43 years with the company. Both Offenbacher and Lyons serve on Graybar's board of directors.
Offenbacher will resign from the board upon his retirement.
A Graybar veteran of nearly 32 years, Lyons currently serves as district vice president of Graybar's Tampa district. In his new assignment, he will oversee Graybar's field organization throughout the United States.

Reynolds, Jr., Graybar's chairman, president and chief executive officer. "I am pleased that Bob Lyons will serve as our new senior vice president, U.S. business and look forward to working with him to drive Graybar's long-term success."
