Attendance up at ISA annual convention
Distributor delegate attendance was up 100 percent for the annual Industrial Supply Association event that concluded in Indianapolis on May 4.
The revamped ISA Product Show & Conference had improved attendance in all categories, ISA president Phil Hanson of C.H. Hanson Co. told conference attendees during his remarks during the opening session on Sunday. Attendance by distribution companies was up 65 percent, while manufacturer company attendance grew by 30 percent and independent manufacturer rep firm attendance increased by 23 percent.
More than 230 new and prospective members attended the event, which set a record for the association.
