Finch Joins CGW as Application Engineer
Will support CGW representatives and distributors.
CGW-Camel Grinding Wheels announces Rodney Neil Finch as application engineer, where he is responsible for market growth in the vitrified product line. He will also support new and existing products in metal fabrication, and structure the application engineering department to better support CGW representatives and distributors.
Finch joins CGW bringing over 20 years of experience in the grinding industry with him. Prior to joining CGW, Finch held the position of sales and grinding specialist with GTI Spindle Technology, where he was responsible for new grinding process technology with OEMs. He held application engineer positions and a product manager position with Saint-Gobain Abrasives (SGA) prior to that.
In 2007 Finch earned the "Application Engineering Entrepreneur" award for excellence in turning vision into profitable reality. He attended the Detroit College of Business. He is a graduate of SGA's level one and level two application engineering programs, and has taught classes for dressing and training in the industry.
Finch currently resides in Brownstown Township, Michigan.
