Marshalltown Company Acquires Cleform Tool Corp.
Cleform manufacturing processes will be moved to Marshalltown’s facility in Fayetteville, Arkansas.
Marshalltown is excited to announce the acquisition of the complete line of products from Cleform Tool Corp. Marshalltown has been known for building quality tools for the professional for 120 years and believes this new partnership will increase the value of both Marshalltown and Cleform product lines for all customers involved.
Cleform has been manufacturing tools for the construction industry since 1902 and brings several new lines of tools and equipment to the Marshalltown line. These items include several popular asphalt and seal coating tools, quality Gilson Mixers, as well as a broad line of shovels and long handled tools.
All Cleform manufacturing processes will be moved to Marshalltown’s facility in Fayetteville, Arkansas. No delays in order fulfillment are expected, as all Cleform product will ship from Marshalltown’s automated distribution center, also located in Fayetteville. The complete line of Cleform tools and equipment can be ordered through the same friendly, efficient Marshalltown Customer Service department you have always been accustomed to.
